Robert R. (“ Bob”) McMillan was the first U.S. chairman of the Panama Canal Commission who was not an official of the Defense Department. He was a member of the Board of Directors of WellChoice, Inc. (NYSE) from 1994 through 2005 when WellChoice was acquired by WellPoint, Inc. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of Lumex, Inc. (AMEX) from 1984 through 1998. He also served on advisory boards of Key Bank for over nine years and is a member of the Board of Madison National Bank.
