As one of the founding partners and owner manager of Article 13 Group, experts in the field of business responsibility (CSR), governance and development of clean technologies and social enterprise, Neela is also an accomplished coach-mentor of business leaders and senior managers.

Her personal expertise lie in inspiring and enabling individuals or groups to take ownership of an issue and, through innovative ways of thinking, acting, planning and communicating, to contribute positively to both commercial objectives, personal values and competencies. She is also used to working with the Venture Capital Market and developing organisations fit for purpose.

Neela’s recent initiatives have included providing cross cultural development programmes for a multinational pharmaceutical company, and for financial institutions. The programmes targeted development in the areas of ethical innovation, high performance and leadership. She has also done a lot of work with teams and individuals in the clean tech sector as well as defence, mining, food, logistics and construction to name a few.

Neela’s work has included enabling different groups and individuals to deal with the challenges of ethics and governance, the need for increased innovation and developing high performance in industries that are under stakeholder, media and consumer scrutiny.
