Howard Adamsky builds business by hiring great people and teaching others how to do the same. He has over twenty years of experience in identifying, developing and implementing effective solutions for organizations struggling to recruit and retain top talent.

Mr. Adamsky is an expert in the hiring process, talent acquisition, interviewing and selection, executive search and branding. He also deals with issues relating to organizational effectiveness, employee productivity and long range workforce planning.  He is a politically incorrect, atypical thinker who solves problems and gets results.

Since 1985, his work has made an enormous difference in how organizations see the recruiting function and how that role can be leveraged to build great companies. In many cases Mr. Adamsky is utilized as a coach to senior management on all issues relating to the acquisition and retention of top talent and all things impacting the number one component of great company’s everywhere; smart, motivated people.

Howard holds a B.A. from the CUNY at Brooklyn College. His book, "Hiring and Retaining Top IT Professionals/The Guide for Savvy Hiring Managers and Job Hunters Alike" has been published by Osborne McGraw-Hill and is currently in local bookstores and available online. His articles on everything from leadership to recruiting trends and the hiring profession have been published internationally as well as on-line.

He is also a regular contributor to the Electronic Recruiting Exchange, a member of the Human Capital Institutes Small and Mid-Sized business panel, a Certified Internet Recruiter, a Certified Diversity Recruiter, a charter member of the Society for Advancement of Consulting and rides one of the largest production motorcycles ever built.
